Dr. Xue Li Fu 傅学理 博士
Dr. Xueli Fu is the Lifetime Executive Chair of the World Federation of Integrative Medicine Societies; President of the American Institute of Martial Arts Medicine; Dean of the School of Continuing Education at the American International University of Medicine; a board member of the Overseas Chinese Medicine Forum; and an eighth-duan practitioner of Chinese martial arts. He also holds an eighth-degree black belt from the World Wushu Sanshoudao Federation. Dr. Fu is a two-time world champion in Tai Chi and Tai Chi Push Hands and a sixth-generation lineage holder and instructor of Yang-style Tai Chi. He serves as Vice Chair of the Traditional Medicine Cooperation Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and Chair of the Chinese Kung Fu and Qigong Expert Adjudication Committee of the World Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is also an adjunct professor at several universities of traditional Chinese medicine in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. In 2007, he was featured on the cover of the American magazine Kung Fu.
Dr. Fu has assisted nearly 60 renowned specialists in acupuncture, manual therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine in organizing more than 50 professional training programs across the United States. He has frequently served as a teaching assistant and has extensive clinical experience. For more than a decade, he operated a practice in Malibu, Los Angeles, recognized as one of the ten leading natural medicine clinics in the United States. He has personally trained more than 100 direct disciples.
