We invite you to join us celebrating the opening ceremony of this year's 6th World Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Culture Week (4th BC Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and Acupuncturists Week).
The Opening Ceremony will be attended by representatives from all three levels of Canadian government, community associations, cultural organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and the media, as well as renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine masters, experts, scholars, and researchers from around the world.
This event will feature a variety of cultural performances and entertainments, including Tai Chi and Ba Gua Zhang performances, Chinese traditional qipao fashion show, and martial arts demonstrations, integrating “exercises and health cultivations” in Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.
Tens of thousands of spectators are expected to engage in both online and in person events throughout the week. The event will also include the launch ceremony for the third issue of World Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Magazine. More than 100 media outlets, including Lahoo, Phoenix TV, and Qihuang.com, are expected to cover or livestream the event, with projected online readership and views reaching several million. The event will also be livestreamed through the World Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Culture Week media platform.
