Membership Regulations

Membership Regulations:

1. Membership needs to be renewed every four years. Current members will be notified via email to ensure they continue to enjoy their membership benefits. 

2. Only members can enjoy membership benefits, but members are also expected to comply with the membership regulations.

3. Members are NOT permitted to seek personal gain or to misrepresent themselves as the behalf of World Traditional Medicine & Acupuncture Week without permission, thus avoid confusion or misleading others.

4. Members are NOT permitted to publish articles, news, advertisements, or to organize events in any form of media on behalf of World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week without consent from the organizing committee.

5. Members are NOT permitted to enter into agreements or to issue statements on behalf of World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week with other individuals or organizations without consent from the organizing committee.

6. Members are NOT permitted to criticize individuals or organizations on behalf of World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week.

7. Members are NOT permitted to promote products or to offer courses on behalf of World Traditional Medicine & Acupuncture Week without permission from the organizing committee.

8. Members are NOT permitted to spread rumors or defame about World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week and its organizing committee via any means such as the digital medias, printed materials, etc....

9. Members are NOT permitted to intentionally undermine World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week and its reputations.

10. Members can cancel their membership at any time.

In violation on any of the regulations stated above, the World Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Week organizing committee reserves the right to revoke the membership and to take legal actions to protect its rights and reputations.
