Elizabeth Yau is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner. A Hong Kong local, she studied for her Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine at University of Hong Kong. Her career centers around clinical practice in private medical clinics and serving as a wellness speaker, promoting TCM knowledge to the public and within corporate settings. She received her TCM training in China, Australia, and Hong Kong, including clinical experience at Longhua Hospital in Shanghai. Elizabeth specializes in women’s health, emotional well-being, and sports injuries. Her approach blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern nutrition and exercise science to help patients restore balance and improve overall wellness. In addition to her TCM qualifications, Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Ulster University. With a strong personal interest in fitness and nutrition, she integrates these elements into her clinical practice. Her services include Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and personalized dietary and nutritional advice. Emphasizing internal balance and preventative care, she tailors each treatment plan to the unique needs of her patients. Elizabeth’s work has been recognized across various media platforms, including the South China Morning Post, Sing Tao Daily, and Metro Radio. She has partnered with over 30 organizations to deliver educational seminars on Chinese medicine, including international investment banks, law firms, international schools, and luxury fashion brands.
